The GOLF TOURNAMENT on 12 May is open to anyone and everyone.

The SCOPE WARRIOR Conference on 11 and 12 May is open to only those active duty personnel personally invited by SAF/XC.

The SPRING UPDATE CONFERENCE (Formerly RetGO), the AFC4A LUNCHEON, and the Communications and Information Annual Awards Banquet on 13 May are open to three categories of people:

RETIRED GENERAL OFFICERS AND SESes invited by SAF/XC

ACTIVE DUTY PERSONNEL INVITED BY SAF/XC

MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING OF THE AFC4 Association subject to confirmation of Space Available considering "First registered and First paid basis".
