AFC4A is a non-profit professional association of former Air Force personnel who have served honorably in the Air Force C4 community. We welcome Department of the Air Force civilians and USAF uniformed members, officer and enlisted. On this application we ask you to state your date and place of service with the Air Force C4 community. Please read our charter and certify on this form that you will abide by its provisions.
